December 25, 2009: The results of the Belstone Photographic Competition "A Celebration of Belstone in Pictures" were announced at a very well supported Christmas Coffee Morning on Saturday 19th December, in the Village Hall. Some 60 or so people sipped their mulled wine or coffee and munched their mince pie (complete with clotted cream) while admiring the display of winning photos, including those that were highly commended and a representative selection of the rest. An extremely high standard of photos which must have made judge Jen Bryant's job a really difficult one - many thanks to her for taking it on. All winners are now on show in the Village Hall - including the three category overall winners whose photos are also on canvas.
